XG-265 Slow speed granulator
The low-speed beside-the-press granulator of XG-265 is used together with plastics molding machine.It is designed to crushing various shorts,reuse and semi-finished products made of plastic and rubber materials such as soft PC,polycarbonate,nylon,ABS and so on in sheet,twig or mesh shapes. The machine is characterized with compact structure,attractive appearance,convenient operation,optimized rotation knife to achieve lowest energy consumption and higher cutting efficiency.

1、As a plastic machine attached machine the slow speed granulator is a non-mesh slow speed plastic recyling unit specially dsigned for granulate the shorts,defective products(include various hard plastic machine produced.
2、The machine is characterized with stable and non-noise running,no powder pollution,granulating in even,no-overheating in operation,as well as the meritsof safety,environment-friendly,power-saving,long time using life.
3、Use upper and lower knives for two times cutting,the knife frame is optimized base on former design,Is more suitable for hard and thick plastic cutting.The knives made of Cv12MV contented material.
4、Use slow speed motor and imported gear reducer from Taiwan.
5、Equipped charging system with convenient operation.Can retrieve in 60 seconds so the water and retrieved material will not be oxygenated and warmed up(damage or reduce the physical quality,tension,color,brghtness)promote product quality and reduce cost.
6、The parts and fittings are made of aluminum and stainless steel,the both low and high hopper are available with view windows and operated by mechanical hand.
